Lola`s Bistro in Wichita

Thoroughly impressed! Went for my 15th anniversary dinner. Our server Alex was top notch and the dishes were inspired and delicious. Will definitely be planning a return visit in the near future.

I was so excited to be part of the friends and family VIP event tonight and get to try this highly anticipated restaurant! It was even better than I imagined and we enjoyed every last bite. We will definitely be going back for their grand opening and become regular patrons. The restaurant is gorgeous, staff is so very attentive and everything we tried on the menu so far was absolutely delicious!

Awesome place to grab some dinner! The wait staff are great. Menu are also reasonably priced.

Everything I had as far as food was fabulous. They had a special appetizer, crispy Duck Bao buns...so delicious. Also had the lumpia which was perfect! Ordered the duck for entree and it was absolutely amazing. Highly recommend it. Perfectly cooked, not overdone at all. A wonderful meal. The atmosphere is very nice,

I just love Lola's Bistro. I stuff myself each time I'm there. From the appetizers to the desserts you will never be disappointed.

Best Restaurant in Wichita KS! I have not yet had something I did not like! Great for a date night or a girls night out. If you live in Wichita or are visiting Wichita. This is place you must eat at!

Meal wasn't worth what they charge for it. Halibut was soggy. Mushroom sauce had too much black pepper. Atmosphere was very nice.

Well, Lola's is an excellent addition to Wichita because their focus on upscale dining with a hint of asian cuisine in there. We do not have anything else quite like Lola's. Such a convenient location and lots of parking. Wonderful, attentive and knowledgeable staff. The food, amazing. First off they offered cheese and cracker which was very nice and yummy. Then we ordered lumpia's and a 'special' appetizer of crispy duck bao buns. Lumpia are like "egg rolls" but way better, and theirs are wonderful and I recommend! Bao buns are simply amazing and there are not enough in Wichita. Wow, they are worth a visit alone! Entree, I ordered the duck breast because I've heard so many wonderful things about it. Well, it sure didn't disappoint. Super delicious, moist, and perfectly cooked. Wonderful sides too. I wolfed down the whole thing it was so good.I highly highly recommend Lola's, the food is amazing and the staff is just wonderful. Definitely will be back. THEY HAVE BRUNCH TOO!!!!

Lola's bistro is a fantastic small restaurant with high quality food. Don't go there to engorge yourself, but go there for well cooked food that you're not not going to see at other restaurants. I've enjoyed it as much as Chester's and other fine restaurants in Wichita but definitely cheaper. It's a great small treat.

Worth trying. All of the food sounded really great. The duck is really very good. The beef cheek ravioli was lacking taste. The scallops are worth trying. The filet was okay but there are better places for a steak. We'll definitely be back and give it another try.

A thoughtful menu with excellent ingredients that compliment each other. It might be the best food in Wichita. The flavors are bright and standout without being overwhelming. The food is prepared and presented in excellent fashion.

Well decorated with Modern yet classic ambience. Great service (still could improve more). Excellent menu choices. A wide selection of wine. I took 1 star off because i found an unpleasant amount of sediment in my wine and was not comfortably served with warm water when I made the request. I will recommend it to other people as I'm inclined to return for further experiences.

A Hidden Gem on the East Side! Excellent food, unassuming from the outside but very high quality food. I was throughout impressed. The bao appetizers where fantastic, the Malu entree was also great. Unlike anything I had before but fantastic. I fine with relative frequency at higher tier Restaurants and this gem can truly hold its own. Recommend.

This place was great. Nice food and staff what more do you need.

Very clean, contemporary, and quiet. Maybe a bit too quiet - we were the only ones in the restaurant at 6:30 on a Saturday night.The service was friendly.The food was good, but not out of this world. The crusted halibut special was very good. The filet was unfortunately somewhat flavorless. The chocolate ganache cake was very chocolatey, but the cake itself was pretty dry.

Dinner was amazing! Great portion sizes. Wonderful variety on the menu. Cozy little place hidden off the beaten path.

Great food and ambience. I tried stuffed chicken breast and cream brulee. Both were very tasty and well prepared.

The steak was excellent. The lumpias were nothing special. The fish (haddock) was too salty. The ambience of the restaurant is really inviting. The staff are cordial and patient. The food options and taste could do better but overall it is certainly worth a try.

Awesome Date Night. Walu was delicious. Cheesecake was amazing. Wonderful place!

So amazing Wichita is lucky to have such an am restaurant. My husband is celiac and to be able to come to a place that offers so many amazing options was such a treat. We haven't been able to enjoy a restaurant for a long time due to our worries of what he can eat. Our server was sweet and inviting. Highly recommend this amazing restaurant to anyone. Especially if you want to just relax and have a really great flavorful meal.

Superb expression of culinary prowess! Nice ambiance, attentive service, delicious food with excellent presentations. Michael always gives his 110%. (I could be biased, I am his father, but trying my objective best. Could also be too critical)

Excellent value. Modern decor with staff that try very hard to provide great service. Bistro style cuisine so smaller portions but very flavorful, well presented, great quality. Very reasonable markup on wine and very well stocked bar. If you haven’t tried it do yourselves a favor. Keep up the good work!!

Atmosphere is fantastic, food is crazy good, and little details make this place my fav!

The food was good, but portions were too small. My wife is a Fillipino and her take is this is not traditional Filipino food at all, and from my multiple trips to the Philippines I agree as well.Service was great, waitress was fairly attenative. She stopped and asked us for anything before it was necessary to try to get her attention.My 7$ grilled chicken skewers were very underwhelming.

Food was okay, but the soy sauce was too salty. Chicken skewers were good but a little bit too sour.

This is the second time we have visited and it was very very good. A higher end menu paired with a nice wine selection. The atmosphere is modern but not crowded.

Everything that I've been able to try from their menu is absolutely delicious. The restaurant boasts a comfortable, laid back dining experience with great service and unique, mouth-watering flavors with every bite. If you haven't tried Lola's Bistro, IT IS A MUST. Everything about this restaurant shows they truly care about guests and they are devoted to nothing but the highest quality.

Everything was such an amazing experience. From the impeccable service and surprising addition of a delightful amuse-bouche, to the delicious food and amazing presentation, my friend and I were delighted with our meal and experience. Will definitely be back soon!

Wow! The steak was cooked just as we ordered. The sides were wonderful tasting and plenty if each. The server helped us with the wine order and gave great suggestions. The atmosphere was great too. Very comfortable. We will definitely go back!

Took my girlfriend for our anniversary and was disappointed. The Ravioli was flavorless, the duck was cold and not cooked well. You can't charge high end prices for lackluster food. The service was good but I can't get past the food not being any good. ** Update: Also is really rediculous that the owner uses the same response for every Bad review. They obviously do not care and pay for their good reviews ***

I heard about this restaurant they will be opening but did not try as of now. and since on their menu they have some of my dishes so I decide to come and try.The service, waitress was good foods are very expensive and very small amount for the price. I tried to order seafood stew but they're out so I made other choice chicken adobo. I was surprised of their adobo it wasn't adobo.Its kinda steam boneless chicken breast ( one piece got small leg w/bone of course) and pour some very salty sauce over the top. And for the side waitress do not ask what kind would you like they just serve of their choice? This is not the place for me..Below is chicken adobo ( but not adobo) with steam brocolli of their choice?

I have never been to a place like this. The food was incredible, the service, the owner, all of it was perfect. I will be recommending this place to everyone.I need to add something very important that seemed to slip my mind (maybe because it was blown away) by the fact that almost this ENTIRE menu is Gluten free. As a celiac this is almost impossible to find in the midwest.

Service and food were magnificent! I had the raviolis and wow they were delicious! I also had a bite of their ribeye as well, and it was cooked just to my liking! If you are looking for a high-class date night or to take a business partner for dinner, take them here

If your looking for a place and you have a hardy appetite then Lola's Bistro is NOT the place. The atmosphere was great and the server was excellent but but the portion sizes were very very small for the price.

Very good food and the most friendly service. Cory (sp?) was wonderful.
